Payment Terms and Conditions
In order to use any or all of the services offered by Online Class Tutors through our website and our affiliates and/or partners, you must have access to the internet and a valid payment method that we can accept, which will be indicated at signup. You agree that Online Class Tutors has the right to store this payment information and that you will pay all fee as they are due, whether it is through a subscription or whether it is a one-time payment.
Unless, at the time enrollment, the payment terms specifically stated are different from those listed here, your payment method will be authorized for a maximum of one month at the end of a free trial (if applicable) for a course or other service. All paid subscriptions will be billed on a monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled. For example, if your subscription begins on the 1st of January, including a two-week free trial, your first payment will be made on the 15 of January for your first month, the 15th of February for the second month, etc.
Billing date may vary if your payment date is on a day that not all months have (for example, if you are billed on the 31st of January, your next bill would be on the 28th of February). If you fail to pay at the time of billing, your subscription may be cancelled. Depending on what payment method is used and how it was issued, your transaction may incur foreign exchange fees or may be subject to a difference in prices, depending on exchange rates. Online Class Tutors does not necessarily support all types of payment, all currencies, or all locations. You are obligated to pay fees until the end of your subscription period or until you cancel that subscription.
Any and all taxes are calculated using the billing information that you give to us when you make your purchase. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so through your account. In addition to the terms stated above, you agree that Online Class Tutors is not responsible for offering you any sort of refund for charges or fees in accordance with your subscription, even if the subscription is not used, but has already been paid. You must continue paying fees to the end of the subscription period during which you cancel. For example, if you are billed on the 1st of February, but cancel on the 2nd, you are still required to pay for that period.
We do not guarantee that you will be refunded if you do not use your subscription or if you are not satisfied with it.
We may allow you to enroll in a subscription before the class or service has actually begun. In this instance, you will be billed on the first day of the course, and then per the monthly schedule. You can cancel through your account. If you cancel before the course begins, you will not incur any charges.
Most services offered by Online Class Tutors start with a free trial. This free trial will last for the duration of the time as specified at the time of sign up. Free trials cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise specified in the offer. If you have a subscription to a paid service within the last six months, or if you have used the same payment method, address (email or physical) to use a paid service, you are not eligible for a free trial.
If you start with a free trial, billing will begin on your chosen payment method, after the free trial is finished, unless you cancel your subscription before the free trial is over. In select situations, the balance of your account or your credit limit may be affected due to authorization, but no charges will actually be made. You can cancel at any time by going to the settings of your account. Some certain features may be limited during a trail period. For example, those using a free trial will not be awarded a certification or certificate of completion. You must pay for at least one month of the subscription in order to be eligible for certification, or two months in some specific instances.
