Markus Fitzpatrick H. Chaffee is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Online Class Tutors, one of the North America’s premier tutoring companies, which provides innovative academic assistance services to clients that help them significantly improve their lives. These include helping students with online courses, tests, essays, discussion boards, math assignments, assessment tests and some of the country’s most popular education portals. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Lead Trustee of Chaffee Family Office Co. a family office. Markus received his BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oxford in 2002. He then did his Master’s in Business Administration at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.

Head of Business Development & General Counsel
Gregory Thornton is Head of Business Development and General Counsel of Online Class Tutors; he reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is an active member of our Management Team. Prior to joining Online Class Tutors as General Counsel, Gregory was Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at Finance4U California. Gregory has been with Online Class Tutors since 2009, he works to ensure that our clients and our business function in legal harmony, our extensive non-disclosure and client security policies have been his handiwork. With a knack for data analysis and business development Gregory has contributed a great deal to our growth. Gregory received his graduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany and went to law school at Cornell.

Chief Technology Officer
Jason Chen is President of Global Innovative Tutoring Service Business, the company’s operating unit focussed on development, discovery and commercialization of novel technologies, value creating products and services that significantly improve the lives of our tutoring clients. Additionally Jason serves as Chief Technology Officer of Online Class Tutors. In this role, Jason with his skills in web technologies and data analysis helps lead a growing global business with unique-market-leading technological focus and builds products, solutions and platforms that support our clients which have enabled us to excel. Jason earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from New York University in 2004.
